Responsibilities:

Taking candidate through the end-to-end recruiting process:

  • Partner with sales team to determine staffing needs
  • Source qualified technical candidates proactively by writing and placing job advertisements, networking, using job sites and other innovative methods
  • Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit candidates
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; and comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Screen and interview candidates
  • Maintain accurate candidate detail-oriented records in JobScience ATS system
  • Recruit QA professionals effectively, across disciplines, in a time-sensitive environment
  • Manage internal transfer processes, including technical screening, coordination of client interviews, transfer of information to HR
  • Place high-end technical professionals for all QA & BA positions across multiple client companies – locally, nationally, and possibly internationally

Understanding the client’s needs and ability to forecast and prepare for those needs:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of our clients’ needs and serve as the internal strategic expert of our clients’ business, hiring goals, process and strategy
  • Forecast client demands in order to continuously grow business
  • Monitor the hiring process and manage the candidate pipeline
  • Strategize on major accounts and retained search opportunities across industries
  • Qualify/classify target accounts and keep abreast of market dynamics and trends

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 3+ years of professional IT recruiting experience – preferably with Quality Assurance Testers
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or relevant work experience
  • Knowledgeable working with an ATS and eager to dig into reporting (JobScience is highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in a highly competitive market

Skills

  • Solid understanding of recruitment process best practices
  • Highly creative talent attraction and identification using Boolean, social media, job boards, etc.
  • Computer literate in Windows environment including, MS Word and Excel, and Internet

Physical Demands of the Role:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
  • Must have the ability to work 100% of the time in an indoor office setting.
  • The person in this role will occasionally move about inside the office to attend meetings, access office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly uses a computer and other office productivity machinery.
